Return & Success Policy

At FunGuy Grow Kits, our mission is simple: We’ll Get You Growing. Because we deal with living organisms and laboratory-grade sterilized environments, our return policy is a bit different than a traditional retail store. Please read carefully to see how we protect your purchase.

1. The "Success Coverage" Guarantee

Before you request a return, remember our 100% Success Coverage. If your bag stalls, fails to colonize, or shows signs of contamination before inoculation, do not throw it out. * The Process: Send a clear photo of the issue to funguygrowkits@gmail.com.

  • The Result: Our team will help you troubleshoot. If the kit is found to be defective, we will ship a replacement kit to you at no additional cost. We’re in this for your harvest!

2. Returns on Unused Kits

If you change your mind and your kit has not been inoculated:

  • Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: The kit must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. Because these are sterilized medical-grade environments, we cannot accept returns on any bag where the seal has been broken or the injection port has been used.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a popped bag or broken seal due to shipping), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include a photo of the damaged packaging and the product.

  • We will send a replacement immediately to ensure your grow schedule isn't delayed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Inoculated Kits: Once you have introduced genetics into the bag, we can no longer accept a physical return due to biohazard safety and shipping regulations. However, these are still covered under our Success Coverage support!

  • Items purchased on sale: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
